Bridging better healthcare options for all.
THE MISSION of United HPA is to promote an integrated and consumer-
empowered healthcare model to the everyday person. Additionally, United HPA
represents the interests of integrated practitioners as small business owners through
collaborative efforts with government, affiliated industries, other holistic
organizations, conventional medicine practitioners and more.
OUR VISION is of a paradigm shift in our national healthcare landscape to one
that fully utilizes the combined resources of integrated health and wellness practices,
allopathic medical practices, and empowered healthcare consumers. This common-
sense approach, when done on a large scale, will lower insurance premiums, reduce
hospital stays, shrink family and national healthcare costs, and will impact future
generations.
OUR VALUES
We believe
• Those who have the ability to take action have the responsibility to take action.
• All healthcare consumers are fundamentally whole and well and should be
respected as such, no matter what their current condition. A broken system, bone, or
spirit does not equal a broken person.
• A triangular bridge between conventional medical practitioners, integrated
practitioners, and consumers is in the consumer’s best interest.
• Empowering consumers to have a stronger voice in their own healthcare is an
ethical responsibility of all health and wellness service providers.
• The consumer is ultimately responsible for making informed decisions related to
their health and wellness.
• Healthcare consumers need a 24/7 supportive community for encouragement,
expression, and example to thrive and to assist them in their decision-making process.
• Most quality of life concerns are related to healthcare and can be prevented
through quality consumer reporting, empowerment, and effective implementation of
integrated health and wellness practices.
• It is important to provide the opportunity for integrated health stakeholders to
have a national voice grounded in a global perspective.
• Supporting fundamental human rights is a necessary part of overall wellness.
• As an organization, we have a responsibility toward the health of our planet
and our global community, as they are vital resources for healthy living.
